Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1 onion, diced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup egg noodles
- 1 small can corn, 8 ounces
- 1 small can tomatoes, drained
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and spoon into soup bowls.Serves 4 to 6.
