INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Wash chicken and pat dry. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt,
pepper, garlic, thyme, parsley, and lemon juice, turning to sprinkle on all sides. Preheat broiler, broiling pan, and broiler rack.
Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Pour half the melted
butter on the skin side of the chicken pieces, then place pieces skin side
down on the hot broiling rack. Pour the remaining butter over chicken pieces and broil,
about 8 inches from the heat source, for 20 minutes on each side. Serve with
the juices, if desired
