An easy macaroni with ham and asparagus in a heavy cream sauce with Parmesan cheese.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups asparagus tips & stems, cut in 1-inch pieces, steamed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 8 ounces diced ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb macaroni cooked according to directions
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese
