PREPARATION:Heat oven to 350°. Butter a 1-quart baking dish. Cook noodles in boiling salted water, following package directions; drain. In large skillet, melt butter. Add onion; cook,
stirring frequently, until onion is tender. In large
bowl, stir together the beaten eggs and sour cream. Stir in
onion mixture, ham, and pepper. Stir in hot noodles;
pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs
over top; cover and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and
bubbly. Serves 4.
