Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked potatoes, warm, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
- 1/4 cup dill pickle, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preparation:
Combine potatoes, pimiento, pickle, and onion. Toss with mayonnaise and seasonings. Chill before serving.Serves 4.
