Creole Style Catfish

Catfish recipe with butter and onion, along with peppers and Creole seasoning.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

PREPARATION:

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat; Season catfish with Creole seasoning. Place catfish in skillet and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn once and add vegetables. Cover and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender.
4 servings.
