Cook Time: 1 hour, 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 large pork chops
- 1 cup dried baby lima beans, cooked until tender
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Remove bones from pork chops and cut meat into 1/4- to 1-inch cubes. Brown pork in skillet with no added fat; remove skillet from heat. Add remaining ingredients to the skillet; mix well. Transfer to a buttered casserole. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Serves 4.
