Ingredients:
- 2 pounds veal cutlets, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Pound veal to flatten and tenderize; pat dry with paper towels. Melt butter in a large skillet; brown veal quickly on both sides; add garlic and paprika. Add water, cover, and simmer for 1 hour. Add cream and salt. Heat through and serve with potatoes or buttered noodles.Serves 4 to 6.
