INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large can (28 ounces) stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen green beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
