Chicken Livers with Fresh Sage Leaves

Grill or broil these chicken livers.

Ingredients:

  • 16 chicken livers
  • 8 to 12 bacon slices
  • 8 to 12 fresh sage leaves

Preparation:

On small metal skewers, thread chicken livers alternately with bacon slices and fresh sage leaves. Broil or grill and season with salt and pepper when cooked. Serve with cooked rice and vegetables.
Serves 4.
