INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Combine Swiss cheese, onion, flour and salt in a medium bowl; alternate layers of Swiss cheese mixture and flaked canned salmon in pie shell. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs with milk; pour over salmon and Swiss cheese layers in the pie shell.
Bake pie at 450 for 12 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 325° and continue baking for 25 to 35 minutes longer, or until salmon and Swiss cheese pie is firm. Serves 6.
