Ingredients:
- 16 to 20 ounces frozen whole green beans
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup soft white bread crumbs
Preparation:
Cook green beans with garlic, following package directions; drain. Place green beans in a 1- quart baking dish. Stir the seasoned salt and pepper into sour cream; spoon over beans. Melt butter in a small saucepan; toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over green beans and sour cream. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until crumbs are browned.Serves 6.
