INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 pounds spareribs, cut in serving pieces
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon powdered mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • few dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 large clove garlic
