INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Meringue Cookies Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and almond extract; beat in eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well. Shape into 2 rolls about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for several hours. Cut into 1/8-inch slices and place on ungreased baking sheet. Spread cookies with meringue topping; bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen meringue cookies.
