PREPARATION:Cut round steak into serving-size pieces.
In a heavy skillet, brown steak in hot oil over medium heat. Drain off excess fat. Combine soup, water, onions; pour over meat. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender. Sprinkle with parsley before serving if desired. Round steak serves 6 to 8.
