INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Place ribs, meaty side down, in a shallow roasting pan. Roast at 450° for 30 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Turn ribs over.
In a saucepan, cook onion in oil until softened; add garlic, 1/2 cup water, salt, vinegar, chili sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard. Simmer sauce for 10 minutes; pour over ribs. Reduce oven temperature to 350° and roast ribs for 1 1/2 hours, or until ribs are very tender. Baste ribs occasionally with sauce and add more water if sauce becomes very thick. Pork ribs recipe serve 4.
