PREPARATION:Slash edges of ham slices in several places to prevent curling. Broil ham 2 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. In a large bowl, combine hot rice with cheese, green onion, parsley and salt; toss gently to mix. Arrange rice on a platter; top with ham slices. Ham and rice recipe serves 6.
