Orange Glazed Spareribs

Spareribs are marinated then grilled over low coals.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 to 6 pounds pork ribs, spareribs

PREPARATION:

Combine garlic with salt; add chicken broth, orange marmalade, vinegar, and ketchup. Pour mixture over ribs; marinate for at least 8 hours, turning several times. Grill ribs over low coals for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until meat is tender. Baste pork ribs with marinade during cooking. Orange glazed spareribs recipe serves 4 to 6.
