PREPARATION:Steam cauliflower or cook in a small amount of boiling salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain cauliflower.
In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, melted butter, red and green peppers, sugar, and salt. Cook over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes; pour over hot cauliflower. Cauliflower recipe serves 4 to 6.
