Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 1/2 cups mashed, cooked Hubbard squash
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes or cracker crumbs
Preparation:
Directions for hubbard squash recipe.In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium low heat; sauté onion and green bell pepper until tender. Add squash; season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer mixture to a buttered shallow baking dish and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake hubbard squash recipe at 400° F for about 25 to 30 minutes.
