PREPARATION:Directions for baked flounder with bacon. Place fish on top of 2 slices bacon in greased baking dish. Cover with remaining bacon and lemon slices. Combine tomato soup and water. Add bay leaves, salt and pepper and sliced onion. Pour over fish. Bake in moderate oven 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Place flounder on serving platter. Strain sauce and pour around and between fish. Sprinkle flounder lightly with paprika and garnish with fresh parsley sprigs. Baked flounder recipe serves 4.
