Ingredients:
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 cup butter
Preparation:
Mix by hand or with pastry blender (hand is easier). Remove 1 cup of crumbs and press remainder in a well buttered 10" pie pan.Filling
- 2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna, drained and flaked
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup commercial sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad Dressing
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 2 drops hot sauce (or more to taste)
