INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Crumble ground meat into a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Add
onion and garlic; cook, covered, on HIGH (100% power) for 5 to 7 minutes (longer in low wattage ovens), stirring once. Drain meat; transfer to another container and set aside.
Wipe excess grease from casserole with paper towels. Combine remaining ingredients in the casserole. Cook, covered, on high for 5 to 7 minutes, until zucchini is tender. Stir in hot meat; spoon over hot cooked spaghetti or polenta. This spaghetti sauce recipe makes 6 servings.
