From Tonya: I'm not sure about measurements, but this is what my family goes nuts over.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lb of beef cut in thin strips
  • 2 onions cut in eighths
  • 1 head of broccoli in flowerets
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup water mixed with 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil

PREPARATION:

Stir fry the beef in 1 tb peanut oil until all pink is gone. Remove from wok. Stir fry onions and broccoli until onions are translucent and broccoli is tender crisp. Add beef back to wok. Mix oyster sauce into water/cornstarch mixture. Add to beef and vegetables. Stir fry until sauce thickens. Serve with steamed rice. (my son loves this fixed without the broccoli.. just add more onions)
