INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Stir fry the beef in 1 tb peanut oil until all pink is gone. Remove from wok. Stir fry onions and broccoli until onions are translucent and broccoli is tender crisp. Add beef back to wok. Mix oyster sauce into water/cornstarch mixture. Add to beef and vegetables. Stir fry until sauce thickens. Serve with steamed rice. (my son loves this fixed without the broccoli.. just add more onions)
