Chocolate cookies are quick and easy to make and cut out.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups all purpose flour, sift before measuring
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • vanilla extract
