INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Place ribs and lima beans in the crockpot. In a bowl, combine soup, 1/2 cup water, onion soup mix, and undrained mushrooms. Pour over short ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours, or until meat is tender. Transfer broth to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Combine 1/4 cup cold water with flour; stir until smooth. Stir into the boiling broth; serve gravy with the short ribs and lima beans. Serves 4 to 6.
