A sherried shrimp recipe cooked under the broiler or on the grill.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds large fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined (leave tails on if desired)
  • seasoned salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
