INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Combine sugars and flour well. Stir in half and half and vanilla. Make sure there are no lumps. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 400' oven for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted 1/2 way between center and edge of pie comes out clean. Cool on rack. Serve at room temp. or chilled.
The texture of this pie is so delicate, and it is such a simple mixture. I was skeptical at first because of the lack of eggs, but it is just wonderful!
