Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 garlic salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 4-6 lean pork chops
- 2 Tblsp oil
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (other cream soups work well too)
Preparation:
Mix flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt and dredge the chops with the mixture. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chops on both sides. Place the chops in the slow cooker and add the soup. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. You can add more soup if you want more gravy. Good over rice or noodles.Shared by Sarah
