INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Dissolve lemon and lime gelatins in hot water; stir until dissolved. Add cold water, vinegar and salt; chill until mixture is partially set.
Add vegetables and sweet relish to thickened gelatin. Pour into 2-quart ring mold or an 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Chill until firm, then unmold on salad plate or platter; garnish with mixed salad greens and serve with Curry Mayonnaise. Serves 8 to 10.
For curry mayonnaise, combine curry mayonnaise ingredients and blend well.
