Ingredients:
- 2 ounces blue cheese (about 1/4 cup crumbled)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed and minced
- pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons chopped pimiento, optional
Preparation:
Beat ingredients until fluffy. Store in refrigerator. If desired, stir in 3 tablespoons chopped pimiento.
