Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans (about 15 1/2 ounces each) pork and beans
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Preparation:
Brown ground beef and onions; pour off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients; pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
