Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation:
Combine biscuit mix, sugar, milk, egg, and butter. Mix until well blended. Break up cranberry sauce and fold into the batter. Fill greased and floured muffin cups about 2/3 full; bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 12 muffins.
