INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Cook the diced bacon until crispy. In a saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings, the mashed hard-cooked egg yolk, cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard, garlic salt, and herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add finely chopped egg white and bacon then heat mixture through. Cool slightly then pour over mixed greens, spinach, or lettuce.
