Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 2/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 cups torn bread crumbs
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 cup cranberry orange relish or whole cranberry sauce
Preparation:
Cook celery and onion in butter until somewhat tender. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Stuff ducks or chickens with mixture.
