Oven Barbecued Beef

An easy barbecued beef recipe for the oven, made with a cooked pot roast and barbecue sauce ingredients, great for sandwiches or serve with rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chuck or round roast, cooked, about 3 to 4 pounds
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup

Preparation:

Cut roast into cubes about 1 1/2 inches thick; arrange in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
