Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

Pork tenderloin sandwich with orange marmalade glaze and green bell peppers.

Ingredients:

  • 6 pork tenderloin medallions, 2 to 3 ounces each
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • salt
  • butter
  • pepper
  • 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Preparation:

Sauté tenderloin slices over low heat until well done, about 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Butter the toasted hamburger buns. Spread a little marmalade over each slice of meat; place on buns and top each with green pepper. Serve hot.
Serves 6.
