Ingredients:
- 3 pounds frozen meatballs
- 2 medium onions, cut in wedges
- 1 bottle beer, 12 ounces
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours.About 96 meatballs, but this recipe is easy to cut in half. Also, you can use your own homemade meatballs, first browned in oven or skillet.
