Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain potato chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup barbecue potato chips, crushed
Preparation:
Combine chicken, celery, pecans, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle potato chips over top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.Serves 8.
