Ingredients:
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- dash seasoned pepper or ground black pepper
- juice of one lemon, about 2 to 3 tablespoons
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves, skin removed
Preparation:
Melt butter; blend in garlic, salt, chili powder, and pepper. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Place chicken breast halves in shallow baking dish. Drizzle the butter mixture over chicken. Cover and bake 20 minutes in 350° oven. Uncover; bake at 325°, basting frequently, for 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender.Serves 6.
