Hot Crabmeat Canapes

An easy crab appetizer or mushroom stuffing. Scroll down to see more crab recipes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (7 1/2 ounces) crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together; spread on party rye rounds or toast slices. Place under broiler until hot and bubbly. This mixture can also be used as a filling for mushrooms.
