Grill these outdoor burgers or bring them inside to the broiler. Zesty burgers with horseradish and sesonings.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 to 1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 dash pepper
  • toppings
  • 4 split toasted buns
