INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Heat oil in a large kettle or Dutch oven. Brown
ground turkey. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or more. Can also be cooked in the crock pot, after the ground turkey has been
browned. Top with grated cheese (Mozzarella, cheddar, or Monterrey Jack),
sour cream, oyster crackers, chopped onions, taco chips, etc.
