PREPARATION:In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork, onions and
garlic. Cook, stirring, until pork is browned; add salt and pepper.
Add beans, tomatoes, chile peppers, and cumin. Simmer over low heat for about 30
minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cornbread or tortillas and sour
cream. Serves 6.
