INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups raw grated sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
