Ingredients:
- 3 Lg. Eggs
- 1 1/8 cups eveporated milk
- 3 cups creamed corn
- 3 tblsp. Butter
- 3 tblsp. Brown sugar
- 3 tblsp. corn starch mixed in 3 tblsp water
- 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3/8 tsp. salt
- 3/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Butter a 2-quart baking dish. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients and pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake 45 minutes, or until slightly browned and a knife inserted near center comes out clean.Serves 4.
