Here is a recipe for meatloaf that is a little different. I received this from my little 83 year old neighbor that was his mothers back in Kansas, when I told him I didn't like meatloaf. Needless to say it has become the family favorite and I just love it. Enjoy!
Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tblsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased loaf pan squirt top of loaf with additional ketchup and bake 1 hour in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.Shared by PICKLEIT2
