Showtime Rotisserie
This rotisserie turns out delicious roasts and kebabs, and a variety of meats and vegetables can be cooked in the basket. Excess grease drips off the food as it turns, a real plus for the health-conscious; and vegetables or shrimp can be steamed while the meat cooks. All of the parts are easy to assemble and can go right into the dishwasher. The automatic timer works well, but an instant-read thermometer should be used to check for doneness, especially for larger roasts. The rotisserie comes with an excellent video, instructions, and a recipe booklet. Optional accessories include rib basket, chili/stew pot and injector kit.
