Beef Burgundy

  • 1 3-4 lb Roast
  • 1 Cup Mushroom (or more according to your tast)
  • 1 Can GOLDEN cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 packet Dry onion soup mix
  • 1 Cup Red wine (cheap is FINE, I buy burgundy wine)
Place roast in crock pot. Add mushrooms, soup, wine and sprinkle dry soup mix on top. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours. Serve on top of noodles or use the "gravy" on top of mashed potatoes.
