Ingredients:
- 1 long thin loaf of French bread
- butter, softened
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Slice loaf into 1/4-inch slices.
Spread slices with butter then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place on a cake rack or other rack over a baking sheet, so drips will be caught and air will move around the slices. Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes, or until dry and very crispy.
